FRSC says, it will hand over drivers under the influence of drugs  to NDLEA  By our reporter Mr Kalu Ogbonnaya the Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) in Enugu State says any driver found to be under the influence of drugs during the yuletide and beyond will be handed over to National Drug and Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) .   Ogbonnaya said this in Nsukka on Thursday during the flag-off of 2019 FRSC Nsukka Unit Command   " ember month ' 'sensitisation rally tagged " Road Safety is a state of mind,  road traffic crash is all an absence of mind, stay alert and stay alive.
